We are delighted to announce that we have received £20,000 from The National Lottery Community Fund through Awards for All England to deliver Power Pathways, a 12-month employability and confidence programme for young people in Croydon.

Power Pathways will support young people aged 16-21 who are unemployed, at risk of becoming NEET, or facing barriers such as low confidence, limited networks and cost-of-living pressures.
The programme will support young people across, providing structured sessions focused on confidence, communication, teamwork, workplace behaviours, CVs, applications, mock interviews and progression planning. Young people will also benefit from guest speakers, employer engagement, practical activities, refreshments and travel support where needed.
The aim of Power Pathways is to help young people build the confidence, structure and practical tools they need to move closer to education, training or employment.
We are grateful to The National Lottery Community Fund and National Lottery players for supporting this work and helping us create more positive pathways for young people in Croydon.
Further information about recruitment and referral routes will be shared soon.
